Payment methods
- Choose your catamaran and confirm the dates.
- Pay a 50% deposit on reservation.
- Settle the remaining 50% at least 30 days before embarkation.
- For departures within 60 days, the full amount is due at booking.
Bank transfer
- Our preferred route — fast, secure and fee-free at our end.
- Funds go straight to the Greek or EU account printed on your invoice.
- You get an invoice and a written payment confirmation.
Credit card
- Ask us for a secure payment link.
- Enter your booking number and the amount.
- A 3% card-processing fee is added to the charter fee.
- Approval confirms the booking instantly.
Currency and conversion
- All invoices are issued in EUR.
- Card payments are charged in EUR.
- If your card runs another currency, your issuer sets the exchange rate, so small differences from the quoted EUR total are normal.
What you pay at the base in Greece
- Mandatory base extras from your offer — final cleaning, bed linen, the outboard's first fuel and similar.
- The security deposit — a refundable card hold or cash, depending on the yacht model.
- The fuel you actually burn during the week.
- Mooring and port fees at marinas or town quays; water and electricity as used.
- Optional extras — skipper, hostess, cook, SUP, kayak, Wi-Fi, early check-in, water toys, provisioning.
- Any local taxes or marine-park fees shown in your offer.
Security deposit options
- A refundable security deposit, returned after check-out if there is no damage.
- Or a damage-waiver package with a smaller refundable amount.
- You choose the model that matches your risk appetite.
Invoices and receipts
- Every payment is matched to an invoice.
- Transfer receipts and card confirmations are kept and shared on request.
- Contract, crew list and base details follow once the booking is set.
