Jour 1 / 7
Paxos

Jour 1

Corfu (Gouvia Marina)Paxos

From the Gouvia Marina in Corfu, cut over the turquoise waves of the Ionian toward Paxos, an emerald island filled with olive farms. Dock at Gaios, a harbor so lovely it feels taken from a storybook—pastel structures, Venetian architecture, fishing boats painted sky-blue. Swim the Blue Caves close to Lakka; their waters sparkle like liquid sapphire; then, at a taverna under a canopy of vines, savor ladotyri cheese drizzled with locally olive oil. Anchor early; Gaios's harbor is small yet enchanted.

Activités

Swim the Blue Caves near Lakka on approach

Walk the Venetian-blue waterfront of Gaios

Try ladotyri cheese with local olive oil

Late stroll to Panagia islet across the channel

Dinner of fresh seafood on the inner quay

Conseil d'amarrage

Lazy-line stern-to on Gaios town quay (small fee). Tiny harbour, fills by 16:00 in August — radio ahead or pick up a buoy in Mongonissi if full.

Antipaxos
2
Jour 2

PaxosAntipaxos

A little trip to Antipaxos, where the beaches compete with the Caribbean. Drop anchor at Voutoumi Bay; its cerulean shallows and sugar-white sand call for a lazy floating day. Spot darting fish, climb to a hillside vineyard for a drink of fresh Verdea wine, then snorkel above seagrass meadows. Local secret: The sole taverna on the island offers lobster pasta deserving of the sail by itself.

Activités

Drop anchor at Voutoumi for a long swim

Snorkel the seagrass fields on the south end

Hike up to a vineyard for Verdea wine tasting

Lunch of lobster pasta at the only taverna

Paddleboard the rocky coast to Vrika Beach

Conseil d'amarrage

Anchor in Voutoumi or Vrika (3–7 m sand, excellent holding). No overnight harbour on Antipaxos — return to Gaios or Mongonissi (Paxos) before sundown.

Parga
3
Jour 3

AntipaxosParga

Sail east to Parga, a treasure on the mainland where candy-colored homes ascend toward a Venetian castle. Explore Valtos Beach, its golden arc lapped by soft waves, then ascend to the castle ruins for views of the Ionian Sea at sunset. Dinner calls for Saganaki shrimp on a waterfront table, the harbor lights flickering like fireflies.

Activités

Lap of Valtos Beach turquoise shallows

Climb to the Venetian castle for sunset

Saganaki shrimp on a quayside table

Walk the lantern-lit old-town stairs

Coffee at Krioneri beach café

Conseil d'amarrage

Anchor in Parga bay (5–10 m sand, holding good) or stern-to on the small town quay (limited slots). Exposed to S–SW — relocate to Valtos cove if a southerly is forecast.

Sivota
4
Jour 4

PargaSivota

Slide south from Sivota, a horseshoe bay surrounded by cypress trees. Swim the Blue Lagoon; its waters are so pure you will see your shadow on the seabed; then, land in the village for bourdeto, a local specialty—a spicy fish stew. Sip a mastiha cocktail as yachts shine under the amber heavens in evening tones.

Activités

Snorkel the Blue Lagoon between the islets

Lunch of bourdeto fish stew on the quay

Beach-hop dinghy to Bella Vraka sandbar

Mastiha cocktail nightcap on the seafront

Walk the pine path above Mega Trafos cove

Conseil d'amarrage

Stern-to on Sivota town quay (small fee, water/electric) or anchor off Bella Vraka (5–8 m sand). Sheltered from N–NW; mostly bombproof for an overnight.

Plataria
5
Jour 5

SivotaPlataria

Head north to Plataria, a tiny fishing community on the edge of the continent. Anchor in the still bay; lapping waves and goat bells are the only sounds there. Lunch at a family taverna on fasolada, or bean soup, then paddleboard to Sykia Cave, a sea tunnel where sunshine gold-painted walls. For panoramic views of Corfu's silhouette, hike the neighboring olive grove walk.

Activités

Lunch on fasolada at a family taverna

Paddleboard into Sykia Cave

Hike the olive groves above the bay

Beach swim at Drepano sandbar

Buy fresh thyme honey from the village

Conseil d'amarrage

Stern-to on Plataria town quay (small fee, basic water/electric) or anchor in 5–7 m sand off the bay. Protected from N–NW; very calm overnight.

Corfu
6
Jour 6

PlatariaCorfu

Retrace your steps to Paleokastritsa, where legend holds Odysseus shipwrecked. Return to Corfu. Swim in the cobalt waves of Agios Spiridon Beach, then sail into Old Port of Corfu Town. Sample kumquat liqueur and hunt Venetian masks as you stroll the arcades of the Liston. Sofrito, garlicky veal, in a courtyard taverna accompanied by accordion music marks farewell meal.

Activités

Swim stop at Paleokastritsa Agios Spiridon

Walk the UNESCO-listed Liston arcades

Buy kumquat liqueur and Venetian masks

Sofrito dinner with live accordion music

Sundowner cocktails at the Old Fortress

Conseil d'amarrage

Berth back at Gouvia Marina (lazy lines, fee, full services) or stern-to on Corfu NAOK quay for old-town access. Book Gouvia in advance during August charter changeover.

Corfu
7
Jour 7

CorfuCorfu

One farewell espresso at Café Liston, its Habsburg-era grace an homage to Corfu's varied soul. Walk the Spianada Square, where players of cricket play under the Old Fortress, then pick a jar of thyme honey from the market. Because Corfu never really lets you leave, set off with salt-streaked hair, a camera roll of Ionian blues, and a promise to come back.

Activités

Espresso at Café Liston in the arcade

Walk the Spianada under the Old Fortress

Pick up a jar of thyme honey from the market

Last swim at Kontokali beach by the marina

Transfer to Corfu CFU airport (~25 min taxi)
